I usually use unsalted for baking, so that is usually what I have in the fridge. And usually the cheapest butter at the store. I did recently buy Kerrygold and it was sort of life changing. I don’t know that it is the salt, but yum.

Also really like roasted radishes. My husband likes them raw. Not for me. lol

99% unsalted, 1% salted. when salted is called for, it makes allllllll the difference!

1. I can never resist the cheery radish bunches this time of year, so thank you!

2. I will definitely be trying these butter cubes! I hate the re-wrapping mess.

Butter, yes! Melissa Clark’s roasted garlicky buttery radishes from NYT cooking we’re totally my gateway into radish world. I love them so much. Raw or cooked.

I’ve always used unsalted butter for baking, but slowly becoming a salted butter convert…

I am not a radish person but I am absolutely a butter person. (LOL autocorrect changed that to “bitter person” — which, fair point on occasion!)

Salted butter always - unsalted just seems like Crisco to me, plus I don’t want to keep track of which stick is for cooking and which stick is for English muffins.

I remember the first time I roasted radishes and what a revelation it was! Such a nice way to make use of them.
