I love this!! I agree we all need to be cooking more fish and it totally can be a weeknight meal. This recipe looks great. (Though I am all for cooking fish in the toaster oven-air fryer on weeknights for ease and sanity.)
This is a great idea! The last non-pasta thing I puttanesca’d was the chickpeas for a recipe I ran back in October. Hadn’t thought to try it with fish but I love the idea of using anchovies to add more flavor to a mild flaky white fish.
This easy and delicious recipe is a weeknight go-to in our house! https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/brothy-coconut-mustard-fish
I really like pan sautéing fish with small tomatoes. I have several different variations. This is one of my favorites.

This is a go-to fish recipe by Ina Garten. Old school, simple and delicious.

I feel like fish should be a more weeknight staple all around since it cooks so quickly! This recipe sounds lovely.

There's a really good cauliflower puttanesca from Gregory Gourdet on Epicurious, too!
This is my favorite fish recipe I’ve been making recently: https://mossenplace.com/2021/07/07/salmon-crudo-with-meyer-lemon-ponzu-and-apple-salsa/
