The chicken / rice recipe is one of my favorites from Cook This Book! That cookbook is filled with so many weeknight bangers. My only note (for anyone planning to make it!) is that the portion sizes are pretty scant — throughout the book — so I’d recommend bumping up the quantities if you’re actually looking to feed 4-6.
Excited to listen to this one and hear about her evolution in the kitchen. Much love to everyone in Pasadena, Altadena & L.A. areas still navigating post-fires. <3
Losing my sense of taste and smell was so devastating. The anxiety I felt is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. To honor those senses I’m going to make that chicken! And, listen to the whole conversation while I’m cooking it ❤️
Got teary watching that video! I felt similarly when I lost my taste when I had covid!! I kept eating sour patch kids to see if I could taste anything and when I'd eat one and taste nothing, it was just devastating. When I could finally taste again, it felt like freedom. What a journey. Molly is amazing! Can't wait to listen to the full pod!! <3
That clip is amazing—that’s so much to go through in such a short time. Can’t wait to listen to the rest.

Good tip, thanks so much!

I had no idea about all the stuff she was juggling. Super intrigued by the mindset behind the next book
Excited to listen to Molly's low-lift ideas! And all the love for everyone in Pasadena and Altadena. We're still very much In It as a community <3
Looking forward to listening.
Great episode, love Molly. 🫶🏻
excited to listen.
It was fun to hear about all of Molly's current projects. Key takeaway: miso mayo + tomato toast!
