I don’t listen to many podcasts due to being a stay at home mom to two toddler boys but this is one I’m not going to miss! If it helps to make my thanksgiving less stressful and more time with my family, I’m all in!
This was such a great episode! I fully agree with Dan about prepping as much as possible ahead of time for Thanksgiving. I actually am ok with pre-cutting onions/shallots but I double-bag them so they don't stink up my refrigerator. It really helps.
Also: what was the non-spicy chili crisp Dan mentioned? My heat tolerance is pretty weak, but I would *love* to finally have a chili crisp that I could use!

Side note: I am a DishTV subscriber and was thrilled to learn recently that they now have a channel solely dedicated to ATK! It's one of the BonusView 98 channels, and I could (and have) watch(ed) it all day. Hopefully they keep it.
