Huge fan of his! I got to meet him a couple of years ago at Union Square farmers markets where he was demo-ing his tomato sandwich with furikake. Such a nice guy. He said hi to my Korean mom but she was too busy taking pictures of him, lol. His sheet pan bibimbap is on regular rotation at my house!

Great discussion - love all of the ideas. The one recipe Eric mentioned that I don’t see linked is microwave chicken with tomato sauce and Mozz - I think he said on NYT Cooking but can’t find it…
