Huge fan of his! I got to meet him a couple of years ago at Union Square farmers markets where he was demo-ing his tomato sandwich with furikake. Such a nice guy. He said hi to my Korean mom but she was too busy taking pictures of him, lol. His sheet pan bibimbap is on regular rotation at my house!
