Dinner overwhelm… some of us are operating under more challenging conditions. I’ve learned that creativity and very low expectations can go a long way!!

I feel like Adam Roberts played a role in my deciding to change careers from entertainment television production to hospitality PR, and Amateur Gourmet most definitely influenced me to become a food blogger way back in the Blogger platform days! His funny and honest critique of Le Cirque, adventures with best friend Diana, the move out West (and back again)...I feel like as a writer, he tooks us all through his adult life as it was unfolding, with food and his cooking as touchpoints or markers of where he was at a specific time in his life. One of the few blogs that made me literally laugh out loud, I'm so happy his passion has turned into a successful and now long career. A total joy!
