Love that you highlighted this cookbook. Sana and her team are the best! The same freshness issue exists with dried beans too. Many on regular retail shelves can be surprisingly old.

I adore cabbage and the versatility of it. I remember you quipping about how much you make it in a note - I relate to that so much! This salad is making me hungry for cabbage at 9 in the morning.
