I was really pleased to hear her mention Molly Katzen, a true pioneer! I wonder where to get TVP at this point. It used to be in our coop years ago, I would try it again

Yes to the recipe restructure! I do this too— I always try to embed the prep to find efficiency. If you’re not a speed demon with your knife skills, prepping everything in advance isn’t always a time saver!!
