Such a fun interview! I really needed that farmer’s market advice! I’ve seen many an aspirational farmer’s market haul quietly die in the back of the crisper drawer. Except strawberries, which I eat almost immediately like Ham’s farmer’s market grapes.

This looks delicious but very salty. 2 tsp for the swordfish and 2 tsp for the sauce! I will try it with a lot less salt on mine.
